P.I.C.C. IV Spirits began with an unexpected opportunity and a connection between people who shared a desire to build something of their own.

What started as a conversation about entering the spirits industry quickly became something more. Each founding partner brought a different strength to the table — from business and investment to marketing, networking, and community relationships.

The name P.I.C.C. IV Spirits represents the four founders: Phillip, Ian, Charles, and Chalina. Together, their individual experiences and talents became the foundation for a shared vision.
